While creating a first Sale invoice for a Contact that has a mobile number, you can select “WhatsApp” as the mobile notification channel.
Thus, as soon as the Sale invoice is created, your customer will get the information of this Sale invoice along with its PDF on WhatsApp automatically through the registered account of Hisab. This PDF can be directly downloaded and viewed from WhatsApp itself.

Similarly, while generating Receipts and Advance receipts, a PDF of the transaction can be sent to the Contact's WhatsApp mobile number.
If you forgot to send WhatsApp while creating a Sale invoice or if you want to re-send the Sale invoice details on Contact’s WhatsApp mobile number, then you can share the details from tarnsaction’s View or List page.

Sale invoice details can also be sent to mobile numbers other than the permanent mobile number of the Contact.
In this way, WhatsApp messages can be sent to the Contact's alternate mobile number. Note that doing this will not change the permanent mobile of Contact.
If you want to set the alternate mobile number as a permanent number, then select the “Save this as Contact's mobile” preference in the dialog that opens in step 4.

After selecting WhatsApp as “Mobile Notification Channel”, if you don't want to send WhatsApp messages in some cases, you can stop sending WhatsApp to a specific Contact or for invoices generated in the specific invoice book.
Hisab app remembers your mobile notification preferences for Contacts. If you don't want to send a WhatsApp message to a specific contact while creating a Sale invoice, you can turn off the notification for that contact.
By doing this, WhatsApp messages will not be sent to the Contact while creating Sale invoices from now onwards.

You can turn off the preference from the invoice book when you don’t want to send WhatsApp messages or any other notifications for all the invoices which are generated in the specific invoice book.
By doing this, WhatsApp messages will not be sent to the Contact for all the invoices created in the invoice book from now onwards. However, you can share such invoices with contacts later.

No, this feature is completely free. However, per message may be charged in future. Which will be informed to you in advance.
Can I send messages to Customers through my personal WhatsApp account?
No, We need to register templates for sending SMS. Similarly for sending WhatsApp messages, the template has to be verified. Such templates are managed under Hisab’s registered account. These templates are difficult to verify and manage on your personal WhatsApp account. So WhatsApp can’t be sent from your personal account. However if you have any such requirement send us the details on support@hisab.co
