¶ Create e-way bill for already created sales invoice
Most common and easy use-case is to generate e-way bill at time of creating sales invoice. Hisab has already made it simple. However, sometimes, you may want to generate e-way bill at later stage.
For example, Sales invoice is created and later on you need to generate e-way bill.
¶ From Sales module
- Find the Sales invoice that you want to generate invoice for
- Click on More (three dots) menu at the end
- Select Create e-way bill action.
- It will generate e-way bill and open PDF in new tab.
¶ From Sales invoice view
- Open Sales invoice from Sales list page or via Search
- Click on More (three dots) menu at top right corner
- Select Create e-way bill action
- It will generate e-way bill and open PDF in new tab.
¶ Sales invoice has missing details which are mandatory
When you perform above action, and if sales invoice had any missing details like HSN code, transportation id, pin code or so, it will open a dialog to first fill that details. Once you fill all asked details, you can create e-way bill.
